INTRODUCTION This course provides officers with procedures based on best practices for the management of records at the work station. The training will serve as an introduction to the responsibilities of record keepers and managers working in the private sector, government and non-profit environments, particularly the theoretical principles, methodologies and practical administration of such programs.
