LEADING WITH CRITICAL THINKING, CREATIVITY AND INNOVATION

INTRODUCTION

Success of an organization and its leaders typically rest upon how managers and staff understand the psychological influences and process of thinking. Since it is crucially evident that the employees are a very important dimension in the success of an organization, the challenge is to turn them to a critical and creative workforce that can give the organization a competitive edge.

This course helps delegates to see, think, and act differently to get better results. Participants will develop a deeper appreciation of their creative and innovative thinking skills and will be able to apply these to the work environment by understanding how to use creative ‘critical’ thinking and then apply these for decision-making and communication that delivers concrete results.

REQUIREMENTS

Participants should be reasonably proficient in English. Applicants must live up to Afriex Training Ltd admission criteria.

METHODOLOGY

This highly practical and results-oriented program is based on adult learning concept. The facilitator will give plenty of input and then help participants to make sense of the themes through discussion and practice. It incorporates short inspiring demonstrations, role play and much practice to enhance learning. There will be ample time for Q&A

All facilitation and course materials will be offered in English. The participants should be reasonably proficient in English.
