INTRODUCTION

This course provides officers with procedures based on best practices for the management of records at the work station. The training will serve as an introduction to the responsibilities of record keepers and managers working in the private sector, government and non-profit environments, particularly the theoretical principles, methodologies and practical administration of such programs.

METHODOLOGY

This course is delivered by our seasoned trainers who have vast experience as expert professionals in the respective fields of practice. The course is taught through a mix of theory, group works, discussions and case studies.
