INTRODUCTION

Currently in the corporate world   a company may face different challenges that come along with generation gaps in the work place .These includes communication styles, solving of conflicts, and work ethics among others. This course will help you understand the various generations present at work and understand what motivates each of them and how to work together. METHODOLOGY

The instructor led trainings are delivered using a blended learning approach and comprise of presentations, guided sessions of practical exercise, web based tutorials and group work. Our facilitators are seasoned industry experts with years of experience, working as professional and trainers in these fields.

All facilitation and course materials will be offered in English. The participants should be reasonably proficient in English.

TRAINING VENUE, LOGISTICS AND PAYMENT
