INTRODUCTION

A human resource manager does a lot more than just technical human resources work. Support must be constantly provided to employees and line managers. As a HR manager you are likely to encounter some challenging situations, and it will often be your job to guide employees through them. So, you'll need solid interpersonal skills as well as the ability to deal with people , this is why human resources professionals find themselves having to capitalize on their human relations abilities, or soft skills, to deliver their work effectively.

METHODOLOGY

This course is delivered by our seasoned trainers who have vast experience as expert professionals in the respective fields of practice. The course is taught through a mix of practical activities, theory, group works and case studies. Training manuals and additional reference materials are provided to the participants.
