INTRODUCTION

Business enterprises have responsibilities to society beyond that of making profits for shareholders Good corporate governance, ethical behavior and corporate social responsibility can bring significant benefits to any business. The course is designed to foster participants understanding of the ethical influences on economic, financial, managerial, and environmental aspects of business. This course reviews different regulatory processes essential to the understanding of the principles of corporate governance.

v  Essential role of ethical values in business relations and the importance of the ethical treatment of others for individual and organizational success

METHODOLOGY

The instructor led trainings are delivered using a blended learning approach and comprises of presentations, guided sessions of practical exercise, web based tutorials and group work. Our facilitators are seasoned industry experts with years of experience, working as professional and trainers in these fields.

All facilitation and course materials will be offered in English. The participants should be reasonably proficient in English.
